Help Wilson Middle School musicians get mouse ears for music

Members of Wilson Middle School band already have an ear for music, but wouldn’t it be great to give them some mouse ears for music.

Wilson band members will attend a music workshop at Disneyland this March where they will work in a professional music studio with one of Disney’s conductors.

The music program at Wilson has already raised 40% of the trip, but need some help to raise the rest. That’s why the band is holding it’s annual Silent Auction, Tri-Tip Dinner and Concert on Thursday, Jan. 24 at the school.

The money will also help with the purchase, repair and maintenance of equipment as well as the purchase of new equipment for a music program that provides instruction and performance opportunities for more than 140 students.

For more information, call event co-chairperson Misty Reeves at 559-594-9421 or e-mail her at hustonsirehuston@yahoo.com.
