FHCN names two new officers

FHCN names two new officers

Family HealthCare Network is pleased to announce the addition of two new officers.

Brandon T. Foster, Ph.D. is the organization’s new Chief Quality Officer.  Prior to his role as the Chief Quality Officer, he served at the organization for eleven years as a Medical Director and an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider for the organization.  He has also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor for A.T. Still University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine Medical School campus located at Family HealthCare Network.  In his new role, Dr. Foster will oversee efforts to improve quality of service delivery for the organization with 12 health centers, serving over 156,000 medically underserved patients annually.

Dr. Foster received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho and his Master of Arts in General Experimental Psychology from the California State University in Fresno, California.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Foster has been published in numerous publications including Laboratory Experiences in Introductory Psychology, Child and Family Behavior Therapy, and Current Psychology.  He is currently a member of the American Psychological Association and a member of the California Primary Care Association.

Henry Cisneros, DDS has been named the new Chief Clinical Officer for the organization. Henry Cisneros, DDS, previously served the organization as the Chief Dental Officer and Vice President of Dental Affairs.  He has served at the organization for 19 years.  In his new role, he is responsible for the overall functioning of the clinical departments, including dental, medical, behavioral health, nutrition, imaging, pharmacy, telemedicine, and health education for the organization with 12 health centers, serving over 156,000 medically underserved patients annually.

Dr. Cisneros received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and earned his DDS from the University of Minnesota.   He was also recently recognized by the National Association of Community Health Centers for his service to the migrant population and he received the 2013 Outstanding Migrant Health Public Service Award.
