Friday, April 19
At 9:37 p.m. while patrolling the west alley way of the 600 block of N. Mirage officers contacted Miguel Pimentel who was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Pimentel was placed under arrest and he was later transported to the Porterville Sub-Station where he was booked.
Saturday, April 20
At 11:07 p.m. officers responded to the area of Honolulu and Lindero for a report of loud music coming from the area. Officers located a large party at 100 block of N. Harvard and contacted the home owner of the stated address who agreed to lower the music. While at the residence officers were advised of a physical altercation brewing in the front yard. Officers contacted three males and a female who where unwelcome at the residence. One of the males contacted was identified as Christopher Jordan Sanchez, of Porterville. Sanchez was found to have an active misdemeanor warrant and was taken into custody. The three subjects left the area and advised not to return. Sanchez was transported to the police department for processing and later cited and released on a signed agreement to Appear.
At 1:09 a.m. officers responded to 195 W. Hermosa (Fastrip) for a report of a theft. Officers contacted the store clerk, who advised a male wearing a red shirt, brown shorts stole a bag of Chesters Hot Fries and a Budlight beer. Officers located a subject matching the description near Olive and Samoa. The subject was detained and later identified by the store clerk and taken into custody. The suspect was identified as Sergio Lopez, of Lindsay. Lopez transported to the police department and was later cited and released on a signed agreement to Appear.
Sunday, April 21
At 2:38 p.m. Lindsay units responded to City Park, 815 N. Parkside for a report of an intoxicated subject. Upon arrival, Officers located the subject who was identified as, Marcos Izquierdo. Izquierdo ran southbound from Ono City Way to the south east corner of the park, where he was taken into custody after a brief struggle. He was transported to the police department for processing and later booked into Porterville Sub.
Monday, April 22
At 1:13 p.m. police conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Samoa and Cambridge. Contacted was Carlos Viscarra, who was found to have an active misdemeanor Tulare County Arrest Warrant. Also contacted was Leticia Garcia, who was found to have two Tulare County Arrest Warrants, and James Eslinger, who was found to be in possession of a controlled substance for sale and endangering a child. All three subjects were transported to the police department for processing. Viscarra was later released via a signed agreement to appear, Eslinger and Garcia were later transferred to the Porterville Substation for lodging.
Wednesday, April 24
At 7:57 p.m. Lindsay units were dispatched to the area of Sindlinger for a suspicious subject described as a Hispanic male subject wearing a black shirt and blue jeans seen acting weird. Upon arrival of the scene, officers located the subject, Marcos Izquierdo, a transient of Lindsay hunched over and near the railroad tracks. Upon contact with Izquierdo, he was found to be extremely intoxicated and unable to stand on his own power. He was also found to have four active warrants for his arrest. He was arrested, transported to the police department for booking where he was processed accordingly then transported to the Porterville Sub.
At 11:30 p.m. Lindsay units responded to a confidential address regarding a possible female subject regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival of the scene, officers contacted Jane Doe who was crying and injured. Officers were informed that Doe was involved in a verbal argument which turned physical with her boyfriend in front of a confidential address. Doe advised she was later physically assaulted by Jose Cisneros of Lindsay. Doe was later treated at the scene and transported to Sierra View Hospital for treatment to her face and neck. While checking the area, officers located Cisneros near Ashland and Hermosa. He was detained and later identified by a field show up. He was arrested and transported to the police department for booking. Cisneros was processed accordingly and later transported to Porterville Sub where he was housed for domestic violence.
Friday, April 26
At 2:00 p.m. Lindsay units responded to the 800 block of W. Tulare Rd for a report of a 10851 that had just occurred. Upon arrival officers checked the area for the vehicle. Officers contacted, Michael Breckenridge, transient who provided a false name, date of birth, and false circumstances about the alleged vehicle being stolen. Breckenridge was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and placed under arrest. While at the police department, officers determined via tattoo information his true name and found he had two felony warrants. Breckenridge was transported to the police department for processing and later booked at Porterville Sub Station.
At 3:06 a.m. while on general patrol, officers attempted to contact three subjects in the area of Apia and Elmwood when Eddie Mena, of Porterville began acting suspicious and ran west bound. Officers later contacted Mena who was found hiding near the alley way. He was found to be extremely intoxicated and unable to care for the safety of himself or others. He was taken into custody and later transported and booked into the Porterville Sub Station. Prior to clearing in the scene, officers located $189.00 in U.S. currency near the area Mena was located. Mena denied ownership of the money and it was then collected and booked as found property.
Saturday, April 27
At 7:22 p.m. officers responded to 800 block N. Homassel for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Upon arrival contacted was the victim, who advised that Salvador Cervantes, of Lindsay, vandalized his vehicle. The victim stated he contacted Cervantes regarding the vandalism at which time Cervantes began assaulting him and then proceeded to stab him. Cervantes fled the scene but was later contacted and placed under arrest in the 200 block of W. Hermosa. While at the Police Department and escorting him into the police department for booking, he became combative and attempted to pull away from officers. He was later transported and booked into the Visalia Main Jail.
At 2:26 a.m. officers responded to 200 block S. Harvard regarding an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the RP who stated, Cesar Angel Ullo, of Lindsay was intoxicated, punching walls and challenging him to a fight. The RP requested officers contact Ulloa who was continuing to cause a disturbance. Officers contacted him outside in the backyard of the residence who became combative and again attempted to fight with the RP and became combative with officers. Ulloa resisted arrest and was subsequently taken into custody after a brief struggle. He was then transported and booked into the Visalia Main Jail.
